Returns and exchanges are allowed within a 30 day period. Otherwise, a return or exchange will not be possible.

Make sure to keep packaging and items in new condition if the possibility of returning or exchanging an item.

Proof of purchase or receipt is mandatory. Please state the reason for the return or exchange (with a photo if it applies) when contacting us.

If the item is unused, a return or exchange will be possible. You will be notified about the item or processed payment.
